Bane's a weak link here. He's just a big freaking target with a "bullseye" painted all over him. Unlike Batman, Bullseye will have exactly no compunctions about using lethal force against him.
DD and Bullseye take it.

Well, Shiva has the same weird sort of pseudo-precog that Cassandra Cain has. Honestly, her dodging ability is probably comparable, more or less, to DD's.
Trouble is, Bane is tailor-made for Bullseye. I can almost picture him rubbing his hands together and going, "Oh YEAH, baby!"
And then it's Shiva vs. Bullseye and DD together ... which I just don't see how she could win.
