The Shrike is 3 meters tall, weighs about half a ton, has four arms, and is covered head to foot in some unidentified uber-metal (think adamantium) that is all cutting surfaces (think wolverine's claws, multiplied hundreds of times, and covering every square inch of this guy.) He has some degree of superhuman strength (probably about class 10, but its never really defined too much)

His main power, however, is his anti-entropic field. It allows him among other things to manipulate his own personal flow of time. He can adjust the ratio of timeflow between him and the rest of the universe to million and billions to one, giving him the equivalent of high-end superspeed. He has been moving so fast that explosions and lasers in mid-shot seemed frozen to him, and even that did not seem to be the limit of how much he could adjust his personal time flow.
