Blue Energy Superman vs Cannonball,T-Bird and Havok

He can fly but while but only at Mach 1 on this thread

T-Bird-Originally. John Proudstar was a mutant with super strength. reflexes and senses. After being experimented upon by Apocalypse. John's strength was increased and battle armor plates added to his body. He was able to transform into a ferocious, almost dinosaur-like battle mode. Apocalypse also made him nearly impervious to the elements, allowing him to survive without breathing and possibly without food.

Well, Thunderbird did almost beat Hulk to death so.......that's always a plus (i'm talking about the exiles version).
Cannonball AFAIK can't be hurt while in flying mode.

But your biggest mistake was putting Havok in. His powers are basically the energy of the sun. Every time he uses his powers on Supes.....well....

Not exactly. Havok doesn't blast "sun energy". He fires superheated plasma, that just happens to be as hot and/or hotter than the sun itself.

There's a difference. This team just might have a chance here.

Havok absorbs cosmic energy (whatever that is this week) and transforms it into super heated. Supes would not be worried about havoks output.

Superman can put them in a forcefield and fling them through space.
Turn intangible and invisible and KO them faster than light.
Use their own energy attacks against them.
Too many options. This would be similar to them fighting Surfer.

"He can fly but while but only at Mach 1 on this thread".

Otherwise, yes.
