I've always wondered about that. IIRC Black Zero appeared before Superboy's powers were re-conned to him having half-human and half-kryptonian DNA, instead of just having genetically altered human DNA.
Black Zero appeared to be what Superboy could be if he mastered his old power set (just tacticle TK). It didn't seem that Black Zero had any "kryptonian" powers (I could be wrong as I read it a while ago).
So would they still be the same person?
