My heart got crushed by rand sad

i cant beleave it i feel like crying and hiding but my friends over so i cant she is trying to make me feel better but i cant rand killed my heart sad

Put all those feelings deep inside you, DO NOT cry, keep it in, it will only make you stronger.

By crying, you are being weak, and are thus susceptible to being hurt again.
