Hmm...if they're smart, Supes and BB will occupy them long enough for He-Man to "Hulk Up" (allusion to the wrestler, not the comic Hulk). Then he'll end it with a "Class Thanos-KnockOut" punch or just rip through him with his sword with enough force to shatter a planet.
In actuality, Thanos would probably just throw enough energy at them to kill them. And I don't know enough about mangog to say.

He is powerful but he worked for Thanos but that maybe be because he is not that smart
