There isn't a single person on that list he could handily beat. I wouldn't put it past him to beat any of them (Except Daredevil and Spider-man), Olly truly is the master at beating the odds, but, I don't think he takes the majority of any of those fights.
Hawkeye is the only enemy on there I would possibly give him an advantage against, 7/10, at the best, 6 or 5/10 more realisticly, namely because of his recent 'upgrade'.
Olly is an amazing shot, and a hell of a fighter (Especially since the events of 'One year later') but many times he is fighting people out of his league and wins because of luck, or a plot device (Much like Batman) and in a straight fight with many of these opponents, he's simply outgunned.
I say he takes down Clint. They are about equal in skill but his g2h abilities give him thje win there. If he still is packing some trick arrows I can see him pulling off a win against Bullseye (barely), but I think he stops there. Nightwing is way more agile than he is and is agruably a better fighter. I don't think he can beat Cain, Punisher has a much better arsenal, Daredevil dodges everything he throws, Cap blocks with his shield and beats him in h2h. He gives Bruce a good fight but Batman unloads his utility belt and its over. Wolverine will just keep coming and he doesn't the strength or speed to stop him. In no prep Slade beats him and Spider-Man taps him on the head and the fights done.
And yet, Ollie will ALWAYS be inferior to Bruce. I can think of two instances right off the top of my head:
1. Bruce used a pressure point on Ollie's arm, and made it numb and go dead. Ollie almost pissed his pants, then Bruce did the same move again to reawaken Ollie's arm.
2. Bruce walks away from Ollie. Ollie shoots an arrow right Batman with Bruce's back to Ollie. Batman turns around and throws a batarang at the arrow midflight; splitting the arrow in two length wise.

Dude, chill. I'm saying Ollie can beat Bruce, heck I remember another instance where they fought and Bruce broke his bow. But all those references where pre-OYL later. The results won't be any different now but the outcome will just take longer to be reached IMO.
