Actually, I just don't like Nintendo consoles. Didn't like the N64, hated gamecube, and the Wii looks worse than the Sega Saturn.

Actually, I just don't like Nintendo consoles. Didn't like the N64, hated gamecube, and the Wii looks worse than the Sega Saturn.

Gamecube sucked, but I'll definitely be getting a Wii.

Something about it being Innovative, and affordable.

Well, that duel controller thing seems like it'd be irksome....

and I'm rather rich, so it don't really care about price tags....

It'll kick ass. Better than an Unbelievably Realistic, highly Expensive Sci-Fi Game, In My Opinion.

In my case, Money matters. I'm not poor, but I'm no Bill Kok either.

The reason I'll buy the PS3 is because of it's blu-ray technology. Were it not for that. and it's amazing gaming possibilites, I would justget a 360

I'd say the Wii has more potential. All the Ps3 should be able to do is make games with better Graphics, and Shorter Load times. Nothing really to do with Gameplay. Did you know they tried putting Motion technology in the PS3 controllers? What does that tell you about Sony's views on the Wii? Even they know It could be dangerous.

Also, you could say that about the PSP. Everyone thought it would Kick ass, but Nintendo did something different; Touch Screen. People like differences, and At home Gaming will be no Different. Add in the Colossal Price difference, and I'd be surprised if the PS3 matched half of what the Wii will sell. You're probably one of the rare 2 Million or so that will buy into this.

Not that we're seriously discussing this in the wrong forum or anything.

I agree with you about the handheld stuff. I don't own a PSP. I've play them, and they seem mediocre. However, I bought a DS, and even though I have very few games for it, I still have fun playing them

In my opinion, the "gaming" companies rule a division a peice

Handheld-Nintendo
Console-Sony
Computer-Microsoft.

X-box was good, but I still perfer the ps2. I'm pretty sure that the PS3 will have bad sales at first, but eventually in the long run, due to the awesome graphics/gameplay/games, PS3 will pull into the lead.

In the nintendo magazine they asked nintendo if they were afraid of revealing any of there secrets while sony is coming out with the PS3. Their answer was they were, and that a couple weeks after the revealed the controllers, the PS3 controllers became wireless as well. There goes nintendo's indivduality(i think i spelled it right)

X-box 360 has wireless controllers too.
