What do you mean? You mean after the Battle of Endor?

The Imperials still had control, and theirother fleets until they lost Couracant to the Rebels, after that they scattered.

Pellaeon took command of the fleet after the Executor was destroyed and his own ship's captain was killed. They ordered a retreat after Palpatine died, (battle meditation or something) and fled to a friendly system. For the next 2 decades or so, the Empire would degrade into Warlordism until Thrawn, Daala, and then Pellaeon take control of the Remnant and sign a peace treaty with the Republic.
