quicksilver (current) v.s. black flash

remember black flash is litterally death itself and was created to bring death to those linked to the speed force, he is supposedly as fast as the flash, and also has time/reality manipulating skills...........could quicksilver outrun black falsh or beat him? i think black flash wins easily, what do u think?

Not even close. Unless it's current Jay Garrick, Quicksilver isn't beating anyone with "Flash" in their name.

lol, i agree BF had enough speed 2 keep up with wally, the only way he was beaten was because they raced to a place outside of time where death had no meaning, and then BF faded out, but he could have used his time manipulating abilities at any time to bring wally down
