If it's a incarnation of Gundy who is matched up evenly with Ben in terms of strength and durability then I'll give Ben the advantage due to superior skills.

if its the one from the series on the JLU, then Grundy takes it.

in the cartoon, Grudy came back from being killed once more and Superman, Green Latern, that powerfull Android, Hawkgirl, and others couldnt do much against him at all and he started getting the better out of all of them.
