I would have to give Rogue the majority on this one. Since they both fight at the best of their ability, she'll spend the whole fight trying to touch SW and absorb her powers. When she does, the fight's over.

Um... Imagine Spiderman vs. Ms. Marvel... without the possiblity for a Binary upgrade... Ms. Marvel for example can go toe to toe with guys like Iron Man. Spiderman has virtually no chance without PIS or CIS.

Rogue 9/10. Cause Spiderman could get lucky.

Hey dude its Spider-Woman not Spider-Man.
Spider-Woman easily kicked Wolverine's butt - she's no push-over.
Plus she could zap Rogue with a venom blast before Rogue has a chance
either to touch or hit her. She took Hammer & Anvil out with her
venom blast and they had held their own against Savage Hulk.
Who wins depends on how you see the battle panning out - its a matter
of personal choice or bias.

yes spider woman can be underestimated at times, but i still think rogue takes this one. with ms. marvel's powers of the seventh sence she could see what spider woman was going to do before she did it.

Altough Spider-Woman is a real baddass she cant take out Classic Rogue. AFAIK Jessica is around class 7. Rogue is 50. Jessica cant really fly but Rogue can. And Rogue is almost invulnerable. Pheremons of Jessica wouldnt work for Rogue. Venom blasts are strong but not strong enough to take out someone with Rogues duability.

Rogue 9/10

Have to go with Rogue here. Poisons don't work on Rogue(at least Ms. Marvel version) so I'm assuming pheromones would be the same. And since Rogue outclasses Spider Woman in Strength, Speed, and Durability(not to mention her absorption), Spider Woman's going down.

Flight Speed yes, Rogue.
But overall Reflexes etc I would give it to Jessica.

Maybe reflexes, maybe, but with that considered, there still would be little Spider Woman could do to actually hurt this incarnation of Rogue.

yeah that why I say Rogue wins 9/10.
I give Jessica one win because I like her and
she is a SHIELD Agent, trained by Hydra.
So I guess she can think of something to make a win
(Even though it would a hell of a fight)

I think everyone is underestimating the powers of Spider-Woman. She now has the power of flight and increased powers. All will be revealed in her new ongoing in 2007. If you check Avengers Annual 10, Rogue failed in absorbing her powers. Check out this AA10 variant mock-up.

Spider-woman got flight now?
And to what extent her powers were increased?

The powered flight can be seen in New Avengers 4 and Bendis indicated that it will be explained in the new ongoing. Her other powers have been enhance when Hydra restored her powers. One being that her venom blast no longer need recharging. Her other powers like pheromones, hearing have really been emphasized most of the New Avengers Arc. When she first encountered Wolverine, she used his claws to stab him in the neck. When she encountered the Wrecker, the pheromones came into play. The extent of her enhanced powers will all be revealed in the new ongoing as per Bendis.

Meanwhile Rogue DOES have flight, and probably that means more manueverability. Added on to that her class 50 strength, and Spiderwoman goes down.

A better match would be Current Spiderwoman
