You do realize that Mxy made those rules up, and then let himself be tricked and followed those rules becuz of his sheer power and boredom? He is for intents and purposes omnipotent and undying. So he picks on superman for kicks. Franklin Richards is a matter and reality manipulator of the highest order. But he doesn't compare to mxy who can actually create sustaining life. Sustaining worlds. Universal altering, soul holding, mind controlling, life and death power. Time, can be looped rewound, sped up and all. Myx peels time back and Turns the fantastic four's ship into and omlet and Franklin is never born.
