And he almost did once before; in the Batman / Punisher cross-over. Joker tries pleading with the Punisher and hands him some sad story about how he's not well, he's a very sick man and really not responsible for his actions...
Punisher pulls out his pistol, aims for Joker's head and exclaims "This is the only medicine you'll ever need!"....just before Batman kicks the gun out of Punisher's hand and tells Joker to run for his life!!! Joker runs like a frightened little girl down a dark alley..........

Well, no matter the characters involved, on principle I dont hold any respect for Marvel-DC crossovers. There was another one where Joker knocked out Carnage with a crowbar. Hah!
Anyways. If J knows Pun is coming to kill him, he'll be prepared enough to take him.
Punisher brings him down 7/10 due to greater combat experience, but Jokers resources(crazy @ss sh1t) are a problem Punisher is'nt used to dealing with. The other 3/10 Frank gets laughing gassed.
