black panther is the superior fighter in here. BP claws would probably be a problem, but spiderman has super strenght, more speed and resistance, and can use his web to keep panther in the ground, i give him the victory.
but since BP is more experienced he could win some fights. and if he brings weapons to this fight spiderman could be screwed, altough miguel is not a dumbass either.

Spidey is faster, stronger and more agile, his UMF (Unstable Molecule Fabric) suit will mean PB's claws can't cut through it, but PB's vibranium suit is vulnerable to sharp objects ... and it has even been torn by broken glass, so SM 2099's claws should be able to tear it apart.

his claws canīt cut trough the suit, but that doensīt mean they canīt cut trough him, i think they can hurt them, or canīt they?
the main thing here is, black panther its one of the best at his level, but thats street level, his at human peak. Spider man his more strong, faster etc. and heīs smart, heīs not just a dumbass with powers. if this was only based in fighting abbilities blcak panther would take this easily, but since its not, spider man wins the majority
