Wouldn't put too much stock into Quasar saying that. He apparently also thinks that meeting Eternity is a bigger deal than meeting the Living Tribunal.

I reviewed that issue because that seemed odd Quasar positioning the Infinites above LT when they have not the merits to deserve such a praise.
I found that Quasar isn't talking about the Infinites in relation to LT, Eternity and Oblivion in terms of Power,
Quasar is making a comparison between the Infinites and LT, Eternity and Oblivion in terms of their "Human-like qualities" ...
Observe,
Here Tigra says,
"the Molecule Man scared the fur off my back, but AT LEAST I could REASON with him, he WAS basically HUMAN" (please log in to view the image)
"Next to this Infinite monster, we're just microbes"
As one of the Walkers was ripping a Planet apart with its bare hands, the heroes were trying to figure out why, (please log in to view the image)
Jack of Hearts says,
"it's beyond me ... here I thought the Stranger was hard to FATHOM"
Quasar replies,
"I hear that, I've run into some Cosmic types myself, LT, Eternity and Oblivion, BUT, it's LIKE Tigra was saying , they seem almost HUMAN next to the Infinites" (please log in to view the image)
And this proves my case conclusively:
Quasar was talking about the WALKERS when he said "they seem almost HUMAN next to the Infinites"
