Galvatron can augment his strength by drawing power from Unicron. He's used it to pimp slap a transformer multiple times his size who could lift 4,000,000 tons.

In a straight out fist fight he has a good chance, except THor has myyolnir. Galvatron has been killed by mystical weapons before. Armada Megatron dropped him with ease while weilding the star saber.

Although this was not one of the Galvatrons that appeared in the original G1 comics, he was a G1 Galvatron. All three were written by the same writer and dominated almost every other Transformer they came across with ease. So they're likely the same powerlevel.
