In a general fight, Wonder Woman; if taking place in a broad area, and Isis has a number of raw elemental forces to call upon/utilize, things could get tricky for WW. While Isis' abilities aren't as versatile as, say, Circe's, she is still very powerful within her areas of influence, and physically is quite powerful, too (though not on Diana's overall level, or the Marvel's, in general; probably in the neighborhood of Donna Troy, more or less), which is something most mystics like Circe usually lack (unless magically amped).
WW for the majority, with caveats that Isis can take some wins via circumtance and setting.
