reed richards is way smarter.
Almost all of these guys gained their dissfiguring powers from science blunders;beast gaining the fur(mistake),doom's face(accident),hulk(ran onto testing grounds of a nuke(his nuke)),doc ock(welded arms to his spine in an accident),and mister fantastic(bombarded with cosmic rays).

p.s. bruce wayne is not a doctor.
