Kyo and Saisyu Kusanagi vs Ryo and Takuma Sakazaki
In the history of the King of Fighters tournament, the Sakazaki and Kusanagi families have not gone head-to-head.
Until now.
There is a martial arts tournament going on in Japan, only this time, this tournament is in pairs and the competitors are parents and their offspring.
Naturally, Takuma and Ryo are competing. Unfortunately, so is Kyo and Saisyu. And the two families are about to battle.
Winner progresses to the second round.
Ryo and Takuma Intro: Takuma has his Mr. Karate mask on while Ryo just shakes his head, muttering "Senile old coot," under his breath as his father removes his mask and destroys it with a kick.
Kyo and Saisyu Intro: Ever the slacker, Kyo is lounging on the ground, ala Lei Wulong while his father berates him.
