THat is what probably what woudl happen. She would see his powers for what they were, and take every weapon she has and get rid of them. Then he touches brick or something and she cleans his clock as he thinks she is some She-Hulk wanna be and Brick will be enough. hell Steel or Diamond wouldnt'be enough.
Doesn't he have to be actively try to absorb the propeties of something to do it? Thor's hit him with him with his hammer plenty of times without him assuming a ure form.

There is really nothing to argue about. Thor Beats Absorbing man all the time. So can WW. AM's strength is not enough to be a threat to WW. He may be more durable if he touches the right object. Hell he could absorb her bracelets just as she is punching him into unconciousness. SO now he's indestructible Aegis metal and laying on his face.
An Absorbing Man with intelligence should be MUCH more formidable than he really is. Any thing Thor OR WW throw at him (cosmic blasts, a magical lasso, a punch, etc) should automatically become null once it comes in contact with him. He even gave Odin a pretty good fight when he used his abilities right.
If he touch her he would turn into clay (remember she made out of magical clay and was given the breath of life by the gods of mount olympus) and loose. but if he got ahold of say her girder or braclets, then it's bye bye Diana.
