Havok w/Captain Universe Powers vs. Captain Atom
Havok acquires the Captain Universe powers which also gives him flight. Can he take out Captain Atom?

Good Fight 
While Havok would be lacking in the strength department (almost 4 tons), his ability to manipulate moleculars could put them on an almost even ground.
I say Capt Atom 6 out 10 times.
