Dante held back both times, and in the second fight, Dante easily beat Nero in the cutscene that followed the actual ingame fight. Nero even stated outright that if Dante wasn't testing him, he would beat him. I'd think that Vergil wouldn't be so merciful to Nero in this kind of fight. Dante wins 10/10.
