Zoom will trip over a squirrel, breaking his both legs due to the high velocity, being put out of motion he would be food for the blood-thirsty squirrels.

Once again, Squirrel Girl wins without any effort, fact is she won´t even have to touch him to win.

Have you read Squirrel Girl comics?

Here's how it would happen:

Page 1: Zoom is doing something evil. Squirrel Girl runs off to stop him.

Cut to a completely unrelated story for pages 2 - 10.

Page 11: Zoom is unconscious and beat up, and being taken into custody by the police, who are congratulating Squirrel Girl on another job well done.

Now You realize zoom technicallyis an off panel character already. How is she going to do anything? I can see if somewhere in her past, she's beaten someoen with time manipulation or speed powers, But she hasn't. So we can just give her a win.
