A new crime empire is on the rise, three crime bosses pooling resources and know how in order to control vice and villainy on a global scale. The Kingpin, The Penguin and Fat Tony (from the Simpsons)...
Only one vigilante crime fighter is in a position to stand against them... The Punisher. But will he be enough? Or will the villains discover crime does indeed pay?

I am going to go with the idea that Punisher is not enough. Kingpin went a very long time avoiding Punisher's criminal killing spree. That doesn't even include the other two villains. Of course, I say this in consideration of the situation you have given. In a random fight, like most other vs. threads are, Punisher guns them down.
