i'd venture a guess that the "familiar face" early astonishing x-men is kavita rao, given she wanted to create a cure to mutancy, and someone else did it for her. wonder who the big player we haven't seen in a while is, though.

i got my fill of a world entirely mutated in earth x, though the idea that mutants were more and more numbering up to the humans wasn't a bad one. could've done without sublime and the majority of the other nonsense, though.

Seriously, I don't care who does it. Hulk in WWH, Hawkeye, Blob, Stark, DP, JUST KILL THE ***** ALREADY! 
Even if the Xmen sucked, this kills off so many potential story ideas. Hank better come up with something.
