Current Thanos & Morg at Full power vs Odin

The battle take place in Asgard the only difference is that Thanos has time to prepare for the battle. That does not mean something crazy like the IG or HOTU but just time to prepare for the battle. You know one or two tricks making a closer battle.Also remember Current version of Thanos is a some what more powerful then when he faced Odin the first time.Morg at his full power was more powerful the Silver Surfer and a way better fighter

Morg
Intelligence: apparently normal, possibly greater

Strength: Incalculable

Speed: superhuman, potentially supersonic

Flight speed: Warp speed

Stamina: Godlike(Cosmic powered), Demi-godlike(Waters of life powered only) Durability: Godlike(cosmic powered), Demi-godlike(Waters of life powered only) Reflexes: Superhuman

Agility: Superhuman

Fighting skills: Superb hand to hand combatant, expert at wielding a battle axe, skilled in fighting multiple opponents. Talented at fighting using destructive cosmic or waters of life powers in combat

Special skills and abilities: skilled executioner

Superhuman of physical powers: Can harness and control cosmic energy for a variety of effects including augmentation of powers to greater superhuman levels projection of energy blast concussive, corrosive, heat, or a combination of the three, can survive in space unprotected without need of food, rest, oxygen or anything else, Water of life powers enabled him to fly at warp speeds, project energy blasts, maintained his incalculable strength and superspeed and reflexes, and sustain his life force after apparent death. Also briefly augmented his cosmic powers to even greater levels, enabled him tap mystical energies

Thanos was being written up before his death while Odin's feats had been ebbing near his. I'd say they are very close to each other now in power lvl.

Morg at full power was eventually beaten by the Surfer, Odin only has to get him with a single energy blast.

The last time Thanos and Odin fought, Thanos couldn't even make him budge.

i thought thanos is currently dead, anyway, Odin wins, Odin one shotted silver surfer, Morg at full power would still last only about a minute, then Odin will eventually destroy thanos as well

Odin was constantly being written weaker as he progressed. One third planet shaking power anyone? While Thanos was being written as stronger. Odin had to work at it to harm Thanos. Odin says Thanos' might was nearly identicle to his own. So with Odin going down and thanos going up, it's not hard to have them be around the same lvl in power.

Odin wasn't putting out nearly as much power as he has against Surtur. He wanted to beat Thanos into submission rather than kill him. Also, Thanos wasn't able to harm Odin in the least bit during their fight, and his upgrade (if he really did have one) hasn't shown to be at skyfather level.
