Right... Basically, if you want me to, I will judge you as a member... I'll be cut throat cruel (unless I like you) so if you think I don't like you or I don't know you (so if you registered sometine within the last 6 months) then you might not want to ask for a judgement, because I WILL DESTROY YOU. stick out tongue

I only remember you slightly, and I'm not sure if it was you, but I'm sure it was someone with fox in their name... In non-legal contexts, a judgement (British English) or judgment (American English) is a balanced weighing up of evidence preparatory to making a decision.
