I understand that Spectre's power fluxuates with respect to The Presence's favor, so it would be wrong to limit him there...but doesn't him merged with the Logos kind fall under the "not under his own power" category?

His power is whatever the prescence gives him so his power is anything from skyfather to near god,logoz is still his power in a sense,he was under his own power when he faced down jordan or murder stomped jokerllax.
