^^quite sure it didn't happen, 616 jaspers was killed by the fury when it took him into un-space, and then wanda's chaos wave restored him back to life.
in any case, even a weaker version of jaspers was multiversal, the 616 version is omniversal, what im curious to know though, what was marvel's definition of the omniverse in 1984 (which is the year of the issue when it was mentioned that jaspers is an omniversal threat), though i find it highly unlikely that it exists, but if anyone has it, it would be appreciated if he presented it.

The Omniverse contains un-space, or else it isn't the omni verse. Therefore, 616 was not omniversal. Unless his powers evolved, he could never be omniversal, and such descriptions are hyperbole.
Just a random point of clarification.

He didn't take him to un-space. He teleported him out of the realm of reality itself. And while he was an omniversal threat, he can only warp reality when he is in reality. Outside of it he had no power. Simple.

There is no "outside" of the omniverse.
Anyways, carry on.

Except that's exactly how the comic portrayed it, so there must be.

As a reality warper, it was pointed out that the only way to rob him of his power was to take him outside of what we perceive as reality. That's what Fury did, and that's how he beat him.
I don't see how you don't comprehend this.

I don't see how you don't comprehend that I understand that.
The point was merely that Jaspers never was, nor would be, omniversal . Any claims to that extent are hyperbole.
Per handbooks:
The Omniverse is the collection of every single universe, dimension, etc. This includes the real world (right outside of your window - get outside and check it out!!), but it also includes every single universe, realm, etc., ever mentioned in any of Marvel Comics, as well as any other company. It includes every single literary work, television show, movie, urban legend, universe, realm, etc. ever. It includes everyone from Popeye to Rocky Balboa to Ronald Reagan to Romeo and Juliet to Luke Skywalker to Snoopy to Jay and Silent Bob, etc. EVERYTHING is in the Omniverse, and there is only one Omniverse. Period. Omni - "all"
Any reference to an omniverse is hyperbole. The omniverse is beyond Jaspers, beyond the Living Tribunal, beyond TOAA.
Now, back to arguing about how Nth Man is going to win.
tldr: Don't use the word omniversal.

no it wasn't a hyperbole, it was actually shown, kind of, in daredevils issue 10:

http://i.imgur.com/rD0ru11.jpg
as for the whole omniverse part, marvel has a definition of its own, and we go by that definition:
the link you posted is taken from OHOTMU vol 4 (2005) notice that its definition was created by Mark Gruendwald
http://i.imgur.com/1648DM6.jpg
the interesting thing is this same guy wrote Quasar issue 31, and what's the definition of the omniverse in that issue?
http://i.imgur.com/NjcXoyY.jpg
apparently, it's a continuum of multiverses.
though in all new OHOTMU update issue 2, megaverse is defined as being realities that are outside the multiverse:
http://i.imgur.com/lZSlnZL.jpg?1
there have been other definitions as well, like in exiles issue 93, reed (in an alternate reality) decides to conquer the omniverse:

http://i.imgur.com/rEPomoR.jpg
^that was the last page of the issue, the next issue (exiles issue 94) he defines the omniverse (indirectly) right in first page:
http://i.imgur.com/3JcKa3A.jpg
infinite number of parallel dimensions, which has the same definition of the multiverse.
quite sure there's more, that's why i asked what is omniverse's definition in 1984, which i find unlikely to exist.
Mad jim jaspers is omniversal by marvel standards though, that's for sure (as proven in my post)
