 What low meta would you like to see with the power cosmic

this thread is for nothing but low metas and you can only give them 3 powers of your choice. The thing is, if the low meta that you choose is a physical character, you have to give them physical stats, energy manipulator, give them additional energy powers.

Cho would be pretty awesome!

Doom's had it before and well ... it's nothing special for him.

Reed would be utterly boring, imo.


I'd like to see Punisher with the PC, he'd kill the universe. again.
