Spawn has been depowered to his original powerset and he is not in league with these guys plus i think is magic counter is almost out.

Prime is good enough on his own. He was too much for two other Superman to handle, and has no weakness to magic.
Thor could teleport him away for the win, but he's likely too much to handle physically for that to happen quickly enough.
