Supes clears this list. There's not really a bruiser you can put against him that he won't beat like this.
A list with heralds and some upper class guys would be tougher, but this one is cake. I don't think he'd even break a sweat until 20 and then it wouldn't be tough.
If Wendigo can fight Hulk and Sasquatch toe to toe he would be a tough cookie imo Ulik Executioner are regular villains for Thor they are both around class 100 pretty good fighters and Ulik has his pounders which will give his punches more power then normal. Hercules has stood toe to toe with Thor add Maxam who is a great fighter and powerful in his own right Terrax as also been able to run with Morg in hand to hand combat for awhile
I think he barely makes past 17 and no axe for Exe. Wendigo is not in there alone J2 fought Mc2's Hulk to a stand still. Quantum will be a task because he can almost be in two place at once. One more thing as well what about Cannonball he could do some damage plus Helix can adapt to physical harm

He clears it. He only really ever depletes himself if he's fighting someone on his same level or higher. None of these guys are on his level. He would KO most of them with the first punch.
Lizard, deadpool and Venom would be a hell of a lot faster than him if he loses his speed. But considering that Superman has a gazillion times greater strength and durability, it shouldn't be a problem.
