which is the most powerful cyborg/robot

who would win in a fight between Hank Henshaw, Brainiac, Amazo, Nimrod, and Ultron. All characters are most powerful versions, no bfr, fight takes place on a barren, indestructable planet. 2 fights, 1st henshaw has no rings, 2nd henshaw has all of his rings.
