It's a tricky fight for Spiderman but he should win. Spiderman can't dodge all that hair at once but should be able to break free and clock Medusa. Medusa should be able to break webbing with her hair but yikes what a mess. It shouldn't come down to melee anyways. One squirt of webbing in her hair and Medusa would be too distracted to fight on.
