Based on the fact that Punisher didn't take out King Shark in 3 panels without prep or a gun like he did Tigershark
And for the record the banshee woman from Secret Six also took a full beating from Wonder Woman in the next issues and then procceded to KO her (not with strenght but still) so don't try to pass the impression that's she's some kind of a weakling.
She is a meta unlike Punisher.
Anyway King Shark ftw.
He is stronger (regular Superboy villain and all) and prolly faster (he thought he was the fastest underwater character until he met Aquaman and since Aquaman is the fastest swimmer in the DCU that says something about his speed)
Plus I think that you can't actually kill King Shark since he is the son of a god.
I know they are not credible.
And in my opinion the Secret Six showing was somewhat of a low feat for King Shark.
Just wanted to point that every character has it's moments.
