Emma stalemating Exodus is bs, he is one of the best multi taskers in marvel. While Emma might hold his tp off for a while he`d litterally tear her apart telekinetically or compact her into a bitchy little marble.
Emma and M'gann get horribly killed. M'gann is an easy game for telepath on Exodus level, she's not THAT skilled in psychic combat. No feats against top tier telepaths (except her future self, but that was more telling it to STFU than actual victory).
And the point of the stalemate was "blocking the access to each other's other powers", which is pointless there, as there's no team partner to throw Exodus off balance. In the long term battle Emma would have lost to him. She also has no extras to fall back on, while Ex and Max come fully equiped with TK, Wonder Woman level physical stats etc.
BTW, Emma was never called omega level mutant and thank god for that. Omega level telepath is entirely different animal (simply "top tier telepath", and she was in Marvel top ten since the moment of her creation, created as a foil to Xavier). No unlimited potential or crap like that was implied.
Before you go on with Omega level, read the sentence to the end. Entirely different classification, darling.
