just for the record, vamp cud dodge bullets, and raiden/solidus/grey fox can literally cut them out of the air. the speed of gene was much faster than wesker, and vamp/ninja's speed is compareable. in strength, frank yeager was MUCH more powerful, and snake cqc's him to defeat. similar thing with gene and raven. ofcourse cyborg raiden is MUCH stronger than wesker.
