All are great marksmen, his parkour is heavily reliant on his sight. He can only win if he can see and in a good area. Without that, all will get the shot off..

Edit: altair does get eagle vision, but only for 2 seconds after the shoot, which is shoot from 55 yards away, the eagle vision helps him see the bullet
Even if Altair is not blind-folded, all 3 would still 'hit' him, as you have not restricted them to one shot.
That's how retarded this situation is.

They would all hit him, even if he could move and see. Kratos and Sam would have virtually no problems hitting a peak-human dude. Though I cannot speak for Link, I'm fairly certain he would have no problems as well.
It doesn't even have to be with the first shot, as they can shoot or fire at him as much as they want. Sam has 20 shots with his Five-SeveN, & Kratos has an unlimited number of basic shots with TB.

What I meant was that if this was like a cat and mouse game where Altair is in... Jerusalem and the three have to get to and shoot him, then he has a greater chance for being able to work the terrain while the others cannot to the same degree.
