KMC Forums - Who do you choose to help you survive?

Here you are presented with 7 deadly situations to survive. You are definitely not going to do it alone, so you get the choice of ONE street level character to protect you and fight for you in each challenge. But, you can only use each character once and can't call on him or her again.

You may not survive all 7, but the idea is to at least give yourself the best chance of survival.

1) You are in touring the Waverly Hills Sanatorium, "one of the scariest places on earth". You find yourself separated from the tour group and locked in for the night when everybody leaves. By coincidence 15 insane and armed axe murderers have escaped from a nearby mental institution and holed up with you. There are only a few dim lights on so the lighting ranges from poor to barely there - but the axe murderers have been regularly fed carrot juice at the mental hospital and have developed very good night vision. One of them sees you, and with a whoop of delight the chase is on across 5 massive floors of dimly lit corridors and rooms. Survive until morning.

2) You are trapped on an uninhabited pacific island. The only way to survive is to swim 25 miles to the next island where there is help - unfortunately the waters in this area are known as being particularly shark-infested, and they are known man-eaters. Good luck.

3) You witness a gangland mass murder by several top crime family kingpins from the Italian Mafia, Russian Mafia, Yakuza, and Triad. By testifying at their trial in 3 days time you will send them all to the chair, so you are sent to a large 'safe' house in the country with 2 overweight beat cops assigned to protect you until then. But the location is leaked and the gang families have dispatched 40 of their best to get you. Over the next 3 days there will be constant attempts on your life, but if you survive to trial you will be safe after that. The only rule is that they can't just blow up the entire house - they have to come in and get you with regular weapons - assault rifles, handguns, etc.

4) You are caught in the worst area of gangland LA, with no transport, and you happen to look exactly like some guy who just murdered the gang leader's beloved kid sister. The entire 'hood is going to be mobilized against you, and you have to get out on foot. Luckily they don't know your exact location - so they will have to break up into search gangs combing the streets, buildings, and alleyways looking for you. Escape from LA.

5) Your plane goes down in the heart of a Taliban-controlled province in Afghanistan. Faulty intelligence has given the enemy the wrong idea that you are someone of high importance to the much-hated U.S. government, so they are going all out to find you. Get across 80 miles of desert and foothills and you will be safe, but you will have to contend with the unforgiving terrain and climate as well as mujahedeen who intend to torture and behead you.

6) You must spend a night in the Grudge house.

7) You are visiting the historic St. Pancras and Islington Cemetery in London, but lose track of time and find that you have been locked in after closing time. The sun is going down and you find that the brand new security fences they have installed around the site make it impossible for you to get out. Unfortunately for you, this is one of Marvel Dracula's chosen resting sites, and he doesn't take well to trespassers. With Dracula and 15 regular hench-vampires spread out and searching for you across 180 acres of graves, mausoleums, and woodlands, you must survive until sunrise. Remember - stay still too long in one place and they will sniff you out for sure.
