Pretty sure he inherited Isis's powers, as soon as she died.

Doesn't really matter, we're talking about a character who gave Majestic fits, and I wouldn't give WW3 Adam odds against him. Yeah, it's ABC logic, but that's what we're stuck with given Helsponts feats all involve punking Majestic and his peers.. (And given the context of the stories, it's highly unlikely this was due to PIS..)

Helspont rapes.
