Thanos would beat the mentally challenged Drax 9/10. My reasons for stating this is because of Thanos' resourceful mind. Although Drax was obviously put together with the clear intent of physically destroying Thanos if it were a purely physical confrontation, they were rarely ever in a situation that would have led to Drax physically doing so. Real talk, the only way that, that version/incarnation of Drax would have ever beaten Thanos would be if they were locked in an indestructible closest, where Thanos had no means of back pedaling, and was forced to fight him toe to toe.
