See, the thing with SF is, it's very martial arts heavy. So even tho Bison has been stated to have various psychic powers like psycho/telekinsis and the various powers Rose can wield, cuz it's not Darkstalkers or MVC, these other powers are hardly ever explored. And lulz at the fact that mind rape (Hypnosis) is listed as Bison's hobby, literally. It's all fightin' with chi, hands, and feet. That said, with Bison gettin' amped by 5.99999999...BILLION people and the ability to use Psycho Power however he wants to what ever degree he should be pretty damn powerful. It's also stated that "P" (not G, G is for Gill and crew) Project Bison/Cammy can solo whole countries. With BILLIONS of souls ampin' his power, Bison should be able to tk a mountain outta the ground and slam it on folks.
Still, all in all, we aint ever seen what these dudes are like at full power, so I still say it's a draw.
