On paper, Galactus could clear the field, while launching another "Galactus Event". And by clearing the field, and mean his team too.
But a "Pak fueled" Hercules stomp Galactus in a fist fight, do the same with Uatu, and so on. Because he's Hercules, God of Gods!

Yeah, I suppose Pak Fueled SuperHerc does pose a massive threat...
I just feel that a fully-fed/powered Galactus would win this. *shrug*

time for extreme generalisation:
Fully fed Galactus = supposedly the power of Eternity
Supergod Hercules = Fighting (and admittedly losing) against Eternity's opposite CK, so he is somewhere close to Eternity's level.
Insane Genis Vell = Killed Eternity. (yes I know it's highly debated if Genis did it all by himself cut me some slack  )
Rest = really imo non factors if we apply the above, and with the above well, team One wins.
