I believe the Queen of Fables is the strongest one here. The other three are major magic, but she's also fiction.

So my money's on Team 2.

What are Queen of Fables feats?

Morgan could create an army to overwhelm Doom defences. Plus invincibility due to time manip/resurrection. Attacking from a point in time.

She warped Manhattan, forced Wonder Woman into a long sleep (like in Snow White's story in which a prince worthy has to kiss her in order to wake her up), and basically had one of her henchmen rip Wonder Woman's lasso in half.

But after since the conclusion of that story; she's never been that powerful. Just recently, she lost to Wonder Woman in a fight.

Team 1 imo.

Note in that fight, she made multiple Wonder Woman copies and a Hercules. Also she was able to warp reality as if it were a film, saying "cut" and instantly putting Diana in a new scene with new foes.

Being fiction, Wonder Woman as Truth has always been the best to fight her.
