Team 1 has 5 hours of prep going into battle.

Team 2 has 5 days of prep, but is unaware that team 1 is on to them.

Fight takes place in N.Y.C

Deathstrokes Prep is better than Batmans, if he can prep for the JLA, he can prep for NC, but there is no prep for TK, Psylocke holds them suspended in thr air and Bats and NC take pot shots till KO.
