Prime has killed 32 lanterns by himself, and flown through a 300 mile wall of pure willpower. He's taken everything all the Guardians could throw at him, and he wrecked a GL Ion, who also had superman's powers.
As for the Flashes, he's out speed blitzed multiple Flashes on 2 occasions I know of. And that's just Prime. Adding in Majestic and Cyborg Superman and its beyond a curbstomp.
To be fair, he hasn't taken on quite this many herald levels at once (the lanterns he killed were mostly no-names and rookies). 3-4 Heralds can generally at least hold him off for awhile.
Of course, his four-person backup here is very impressive too so they won't be able to gang up.
And CIS and PIS haven't played a role in Prime's ownage of people? Not to mention huge rosters of characters fighting a single opponent at once tend to job more than a single one on one encounter taking place. Taking a look at how Prime has dealt with mainstream Superman on his own, it's clearly not a massive curbstomp. Prime's > Kal-El, but based on Kal's overall feats, he's not going to steamroll him.
Without CIS/PIS, people like the Flashes can speed up the rest of the team or speed steal the opponents. Green Lanterns can do just about anything. Wonder Woman can use the lasso to ravage souls. Orin and J'onn can telepathically assault people and coordinate with superior teamwork. Batman has no purpose here, but just about everyone else does.
