The heralds have no prep.
The Heralds are... (some of these people, you might not think they are high Herald but they are imo)
1. Black Bolt
2. Wonder Woman (standard equipment)
3. Gladiator
4. Superman
5. Ultraman (put him above the rest due him having Superman stats but willing to kill)
. Captain Marvel (put him above the rest due to him having Superman stats with no weakness)
6. Black Adam (read above BUT he is willing to kill without hesitation)
7. Thor
8. Majestic
9. Surfer
Not too sure what prep + Worldmind does for Nova against DC characters (unless we're assuming that it would have access to info on those guys, as well).
Stops at Clark, IMO. Even with prep, I don't think he can provide a viable counter Supes' speed and reflexes, not to mention the considerable disparity in power should Clark cut loose.
Assuming that this is a shared universe then the WM can gather the necessary Intel from interstellar distances without a problem. And Nova already has extensive dossiers on Glads, Thor and the Surfer.
With 48 hours of one-sided prep prior to each fight he makes it to 9.
Edit: Carver, fights 3-7 are basically 4 fights with Superman (archetypes) So is 8. What's up with that?
