Kl'rt beats him really solidly. More competent and better powers.
Now, if it had been Exiles Mimic and his power set, that's a better fight.

current 616 mimic has a lot more raw power than the last version I saw of the exiles one, but he is indeed less competent.
klrt beats the mimic in the op and beat the onfe from exiles too
