Who is the weakest character who can one-shot (and achieve a KO or a kill) the following characters?
1) Magneto while diverting all his power to his force field...
2) The Silver Surfer while diverting all his power to his force field...
3) Thanos without shielding...
4) Thanos with all shields at full strength...
5) Depowered Tyrant...
6) Peak Power Demogorge...
7) The 2000ft Asgardian Destroyer...
8) The Shaper of Worlds...

1) Depends on how powerful you think those shields are, I'd say any High Herald going all out should do it.
2) A Skyfather level being

4) A Universal Abstract (remember even FED Galactus couldn't one shot him)
5) A Universal Abstract
6) A Cube Being should do it (Cubes are above Skyfathers and they aren't "Gods" so he can't eat them)
7) Exitar or his equivalent (remember it tanked MULTIPLE Celestial blasts before rupturing)
8) A Universal Abstract
9) Order AND Chaos COMBINED
10) The Protege Or Scathan
